What are your pickup and drop-off hours?
Our vehicles are available for pickup and drop-off 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with an advance reservation. We offer convenient contact-free airport pickup and return, allowing you to rent a vehicle at any time that fits your travel schedule.
Office Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
If you need assistance outside of office hours, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Can I Rent a Car with a Debit Card?
We accept most major credit cards. Some rentals may qualify with a debit card. No charge cards accepted. Contact us for details.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The deposit amount 300$ on the vehicle and rental duration.
What insurance coverage do I need to rent a vehicle?
We require proof of current full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles. If you do not have qualifying coverage, you may purchase our insurance coverage at the time of rental.
What is included in the rental price?
Our rentals include standard use of our cars during the rental period within the agreed 200 daily mileage. Additional options are available at checkout.
Can I drive the rental car outside of Florida?
No. All of our rental vehicles are authorized for use within the State of Florida only. Every vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking device, and our system is automatically notified if a vehicle crosses the Florida state line. Unauthorized travel outside of Florida is a violation of the rental agreement and will result in a $1000.00 fee, in addition to any other applicable charges. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions about your travel plans.
What Age Do You Have to Be to Rent a Car??
Drivers under 25 may be eligible to rent certain vehicles with additional requirements. Minimum age 18.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Contact us before your scheduled return date, and we’ll do our best to extend your reservation.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes. We provide convenient pickup in Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, Tampa International Airport, and St Pete/Clearwater Airport.
How does the vehicle pickup process work?
We make the pickup process quick and contact-free. Approximately 24 hours before your rental begins, we’ll contact you to complete the verification process online.
On the day of your rental, we’ll deliver your vehicle to the airport and send you detailed pickup instructions, including the parking location, vehicle information, and the lockbox access code.
Simply enter the code to unlock the lockbox attached to the vehicle’s window, retrieve the keys, and you’re ready to go. No rental counter, no paperwork at pickup, and no waiting in line. It’s a fast, convenient, and hassle-free experience.
Are there any airport parking fees?
Yes. Because we deliver your rental vehicle directly to the airport, the airport may charge an exit parking fee when you leave the parking garage.
The maximum parking fee is:
- Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ): up to $16
- Tampa International Airport (TPA): up to $29
- St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE): up to $29
The actual amount depends on how long the vehicle has been parked before pickup and is paid by the renter when exiting the parking facility.
Can someone else drive the vehicle?
Additional drivers may be added during pickup if they meet our rental requirements.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may incur additional charges. Please contact us if you anticipate being late.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is prohibited and may result in a cleaning fee.
What if I receive a traffic ticket?
The renter is responsible for all parking tickets, tolls, and traffic violations incurred during the rental.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome. Please return the vehicle clean to avoid additional cleaning charges.
Do your vehicles have unlimited mileage?
No. Each rental includes 200 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at $0.40 per mile. Please check your reservation or contact our team for details..
